FTP Information

 

1. Username and Password Are Case Sensitive.

Use the following information in your FTP application to connect to the TGD FTP Server and to Upload and Download your files.

host: transport.tgdcom.com
user: Client
pass: FTPTGD

 

2. Using a Web Browser

If you are using a Web browser for FTP transfers (downloads only), you will need to enter the FTP address in the following format:

ftp://Client:FTPTGD@transport.tgdcom.com/

 

3. If Your Web Browser is not Working

In some cases your Web browser may not be able to handle FTP transfers. If you are having difficulty, you may want to download an application that is designed specifically for FTP Transfers such as the applications listed below.

For Macs:
Please download "CyberDuck".

For Windows:
Please download "FileZilla".

 

4. Not Able to Connect to the TGD FTP Server?

If you are having trouble connecting, it may be due to a firewall. In such instances, setting your FTP application to use "passive" mode may help. If you need additional assistance, contact TGD Communications with specific details about your connection issues.
